Is Zitomer a pharmacy or a department store?
Both! Zitomer is truly a one of a kind destination and a New York City icon, famous for its assortment of hard-to-find beauty products and everyday essentials, apothecary items, apparel and accessories, home goods, kids’ toys and clothing, and so much more. Here at our store on Madison Ave., you can refill a prescription, buy a new bag, find the perfect outfit or video game for your little one, set your table with seasonal decorations, stock up on fun and festive party favors, discover a new shampoo or fragrance, thumb through our favorite coffee table books, get some new pajamas, purchase necessities from socks and ties to lingerie and hosiery, enjoy a beauty makeover, shop for unique host gifts, prep for your next trip with luggage and other travel musts, or indulge yourself in fabulous costume jewelry, all in one warm, welcoming landmark building.

Zitomer is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM

Where does Zitomer ship?
We ship products anywhere in the United States. We prefer not to ship outside of the Continental United States. 

If you require international shipping, please contact us by phone 888.219.2888 or 212.737.5560 or email info@zitomer.com for shipping charges. Note that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  

Can I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with all the relevant details. You may also access this information at our website, in your account. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another notification that includes your tracking number. If you require further information or assistance with an order in progress, please contact Zitomer customer service by phone 888.219.2888 or 212.737.5560 or email info@zitomer.com.

How do I return an order purchased online?
Please email us at info@zitomer.com or call us at 888 219-2888 to request a Return Authorization. We are unable to accept returns that do not have a Return Authorization number. 

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Zitomer is not able to refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping.

 You may also return online orders in person at our 969 Madison Avenue location. Please bring the order receipt to do so.

 How do I exchange an item?
Zitomer is unable to offer exchanges at this time. Instead, please return your order, and begin a new purchase.

Online prescriptions and refills through Zitomer are fast and easy. We facilitate all prescriptions through myPharmacyConnect.

Does Zitomer offer giftwrapping?
Yes, we gladly offer giftwrapping on most items. We have an assortment of papers and ribbon suitable for each item and recipient (from baby gifts to men’s gifts to birthday presents), along with plain white gift cards.

We also offer custom gift baskets.
