Established in 1950 as an upscale New York pharmacy, Zitomer is now a landmark on Manhattan’s chic Upper East Side. Today the bustling shop fills a vast amount of prescriptions while offering an unparalleled selection of everyday essentials and specialty merchandise.

Zitomer’s assortment runs from iconic beauty and hair products, women’s accessories and men’s grooming to home goods, toys and electronics and snacks and prepared foods, along with gifts and seasonal items for every occasion. Located on Madison Avenue between 75th and 76th Streets, we are family-owned and operated with three shopping floors and over 15,000 square feet of space. To one of our neighbors, we are a daily destination where she can come to drop off a prescription, try a new mascara, replace her cosmetic brushes, grab 12 pairs her favorite stockings, select a hostess or a baby gift (have it gift wrapped and sent), treat her child to a toy, treat herself to a fabulous pair of earrings on the way out and have it all charged to her house charge account and delivered, too.

We strive to offer exceptional customer service and expertise, with one of the industry's most knowledgeable staffs.
